大きな会社を作るべきか？

社長になったら最初は大きな会社を創ろうと意気込んでも

現実を知るとちょっとためらう

なぜなら

事業のサイクルが短いからだ

1時期は大きく伸ばしたとしても

その事業が未来永劫続くとは限らない

一時のもので人を拡大すると

後が大変
